Scrap Girls began its journey back in early 2005.

It first started out as a way for me to go on scrapbooking retreats with a group of my scrapping friends. My ultimate goal was to be able to provide retreats that I would like to go on and have a great time at, that would be within my budget and would provide lots of little added extra’s so I felt like I was getting the most for my money.

I was very fortunate that this was accomplished after my very first retreat in November 2005. It turned out to be a bigger success than I ever imagined and this opened up a whole new world for me cause as it turned out Scrap Girls filled a little hole in the Aussie scrapbooking industry.

As the retreats grew, so did we, and over the years I have had lots of help creating some awesome weekends away. I would not be continuing to bring you such great weekend escape experiences to my guests if for one, I didn’t enjoy organizing them, and two having such a fabulous team of creative women that help me.
