Can I sit with my friends?
Of course! Just indicate on your registration form the names of your friends.
At all our retreats we allocate 2 scrappers per table, and group the tables together for all of your scrapping buddies.
Is it safe to leave my supplies in the crop room overnight?
Yes! The crop room is assigned to Scrap Girls for the entire length of the retreat. It will be staffed till the last scrapper leaves and will be securely looked after. In some cases the room may even be locked. We will do everything in our power to make sure the room is secure, but Scrap Girls cannot be held responsible for your belongings.
What if I cancel?

What if I'm coming alone? Will I feel like an outsider?
No, we often get scrappers coming to our events by themselves. Scrappers are a really friendly bunch and will always make everyone feel welcome.
Can I stay up as late as I want?
Of course you can. There is always a staff member around and will lock up after the last scrapper leaves and will re-open the room at 7am.
When will I receive my confirmation?
Your reserved spot for any of our retreats will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Within 72 hours of any payment you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that payment has been received. If you do not receive this email please contact us.
Do I need to bring money for other expenses?
Scrap Girls provide a wide range of retreats to suit all budgets. At most of our retreats everything is included in the cost, but for our Budget Conscious Cropfests we offer the option of having your weekend fully catered or self catered. The only extra money you may need is for any shopping you might want to do at our onsite scrap shop, or during our Cropfests we may hold an optional extra class.
Are children allowed at Scrap Girls events?
We don't generally allow children under the age of 16 years.
Will my registration information be kept confidential?
Yes. Scrap Girls has implemented its own privacy policy in order to protect the privacy of your information. We will never willfully sell, trade, rent or otherwise transmit any personal identifiable information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission. How do I prepare for a Scrap Girls event?

What should I bring with me?
We have this fully covered. We have prepared a checklist for you that will be specifically relevant to the Scrap Girls event you are attending and will be emailed (or posted if you don't have an email address) to you 2-3 weeks before your event. We even include in this list what size photos will be used for each class as well as themes
